Abstract
- The role of the five putative RNA helicases present in the genome of Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579 in its adaptation at low temperature, close to the growth limit is examined. The studies have shown that cold phenotype is restored with the cshA gene for the [DELTA]cshA strain and partially for the [DELTA]cshB strain but not for the [DELTA]cshC strain, which has shown different functions at low temperature.
