The determinate effects of competences and decision process factors on firms' internationalisation

A study was conducted to examine the current situation of Taiwan's financial industries, and to present a literature review of competences, competitive advantage, and factors under the process of internationalization. Managers from banks, insurance companies, and security firms, were included in the study.
