Abstract
- Monolayers presenting a high density of terminal alkynyl groups for bioconjugation via copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition ((CuAAC, a eclickE reaction) are described. The studies have shown that the monolayer platform is functionalized with mannose for highly specific capturing of living targets onto the silicon substrates.
