Abstract: A study was conducted to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of inhibition of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) in the case of non-small-cell lung cancer tumors. Results indicated that such ALK inhibition was effective in shrinkage of the tumor and stable disease in the case of most patients.
