Abstract

The market for food and beverage products aimed at enhancing children's immunity, cognitive health, bone health, and weight have been experiencing growth. Information on nutraceuticals that manufacturers have been offering to address these concerns is presented. These nutraceuticals include whole grains, omega-3 fatty acids, and yeast fermentates.
