- J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is suing failed bank Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., claiming that Lehman deceived J.P. Morgan into lending it more than $70 billion, under the assumption that J.P. Morgan would be paid in full after the sale of Lehman's assets.
