Covington's business owners get bridge relief

Engineers of Brent Spence Bridge have developed a new 'second chance' exit that preserves highway access to Covington, Kentucky's main business districts. It is believed that the planned ramp off Interstate 75 represents a compromise between highway planners, who wish to maintain continuous traffic for interstate users.
