Abstract

A study was conducted to evaluate the effect and benefits of the use of rolofylline, an adenosine A1-receptor antagonist in improving dyspnea and reducing the risk of renal failure in the case of patients with acute heart failure. Results indicated that rolofylline did not have any kind of favorable outcome in the case of such patients.
