Influence of uniaxial anisotropy on the domain pinning fields of ferromagnetic [Ga.sub.1-x][Mn.sub.x]As films

Abstract
- The planar Hall effect is employed to explain the various effects of uniaxial anisotropy on the domain pinning fields of the different ferromagnetic [La.sub.0.8][Ca.sub.0.2]Co[O.sub.3] nanoparticles. The values of the pinning fields is shown to be highly dependent on the direction of the magnetic easy axis.
