Abstract
- Procter & Gamble, Sidel, and PTI has announced the co-development of Deep Grip packaging, a technology for applying injection stretch blowmolding to create bottles with grip depth of more than 25 mm. Deep Grip also requires just less than 0.3 mm of web material in the center of the handle. How other advantages of Deep Grip might challenge features of extrusion blowmolded bottles is discussed.
