Assessing the most clinically and cost effective method of closing skin following surgery

A study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and cost of skin closure techniques following surgery. Results indicated that topical skin adhesives (TSAs) and short term absorbable sutures (STAs) were as effective as traditional wound closure methods.
