Abstract
- A study develops a conceptual model to compare the relationship between logistics outsourcing performance and customer loyalty behavior in Germany and the United States. Results indicate that logistics outsourcing performance in terms of goal achievement and goal exceedance of the provider have a strong positive impact on customer loyalty behavior, while also identifying cultural differences in the model.
