Abstract
- The United States. Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. seized failed bank Corus Bank N.A. Now it has filed a motion to prevent the bank's parent, Corus Bankshares Inc., from getting the more than $257 million in tax refunds due to the subsidiary. The parent corp filed suit against the regulators who took control of the bank.
