Temperature dependence of the magnetostriction of stress annealed Galfenol measured under tension

Several studies are conducted to explain the impact of temperature on the magnetostriction of the stress annealed Galfenol material, which is shown to be highly magnetostrictive active. The results demonstrate that stress does not have any major impact on the saturation magnetorestriction of this material.
