Abstract: Multilocus variable-number tandem-repeat analysis (MLVA) is used to study the source tracking Escherichia coli O157:H7 in agricultural environments. The data from MLVA revealed that environmental stresses might increase the phylogenetic diversity in E.coli O157:H7.
