Abstract
- The article presents a complete analysis of the preparation and the electrical properties of the various (1- x)[Bi.sub.0.5][Na.sub.0.5]Ti[O.sub.3]- xBi([Zn.sub.0.5][Ti.sub.0.5])[O.sub.3] lead-free piezoceramics. The Curie temperature of the compounds is shown to be shown to highly increase with the BZT composition.
