Abstract
- Combination of s-BuLi and a (+)-sparteine surrogate is used to recognize the high yielding asymmetric deprotonation trapping of N-Boc piperidine. The lithiation by in situ react IR is used to facilitate the direct observation of a prelithiation complex.
