- U.S.-based law firm Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal L.L.P. is planning to merge with the U.K.'s Denton Wilde Sapte L.L.P. The combined firm, called SNR Denton, will have about 1,250 lawyers in 18 countries and $750 million in annual revenue.
