Abstract
- A newly discovered physical phenomenon in a variety of piezoelectric (K,Na)Nb[O.sub.3]-based ceramics is reported. Strong piezoelectric temperature stabilities exhibited by the orthorhombic phase compared to tetragonal phase could be applied for the future compositional designs of (K,Na)Nb[O.sub.3]-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.
