Native-immigrant wage differentials and occupational segregation in the Greek labour market

Several datasets are employed to explain the native-immigrant wage differentials, as well as the occupation segregation that are observed in the Greek labor market. The asymmetrical occupational access by these native workers is shown to lead to a high unexplained wage differentials in the country.
