Social remembering and organizational memory

Several analyses are conducted to explain the links joining the social remembering and the knowledge management concepts to the study of Organizational Memory Studies (OMS). The results reveal that social remembering leads to the formation of strong connections between the research programmes and memory in the studies of the organizational culture.
