Jet makers dodge hurdles: Airbus, Boeing shuffle orders to counter airlines' financial struggles

Aircraft makers Airbus and Boeing Co. have avoided major production cuts by juggling orders and deferring deliveries of airplanes. If the financial position of airlines worsens, jet makers will be forced to reduce capacity drastically and lay off additional workers.
