The article examined the relevance and viability of pursuing empirical research on subconscious goals and discussed the application of such findings in the workplace. The implications of the study of the subconscious, overview of social psychology experiments on subconscious goals, organizational psychology experiments on subconscious goals on the stream of management practice are also discussed.
