Abstract

A television producer shares her experiences in making 'The Queen,' a docu-drama on the social history of Britain through the key events in the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The biggest challenges in producing the show include having a small budget and using archive footage carefully. The different stages of production from show's inception to editing, are discussed.
