Abstract
- Revisionist accounts of political ideas in late eighteenth-century England have focused on the importance of religion as a leading source of radicalism. Some argue that heterodox religion explains both political disaffection itself and the ideological continuity between late eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century radicalism up to the Reform Bill.
