Results of a study to evaluate the efficacy and benefits of soy food intake in reduced mortality and recurrence of breast cancer among women diagnosed with the ailment have revealed positive outcomes and benefits. Physicians can recommend the consumption of soy foods as a means of reducing the risk of acquiring breast cancer and its recurrence, even though further studies are still required.
