High performance photodetectors of individual InSe single crystalline nanowire

Abstract
- A simple method is described for preparing nanomaterials of a new metal selenide, InSe nanowires (NWs), and the photoresponse characteristics of InSe NWs are examined by preparing devices based on an individual NW. The high stability of the InSe NWs has indicated the bright future for low cost, ultrahigh density nanometer sized photoelectric devices.
