Abstract
- Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR), the private equity firm is all set to procure Northrop Grumman's TASC government advisory services unit for $1 billion. The deal will be the largest in the defense sector in 2009 and will indicate the return of private equity to the defense and security sector.
