Trends in information services: 1995

'Leading Trends in Information Services - 1995' documents the results of a survey by Deloitte & Touche of 400 Chief Information Officers (CIOs). The survey reveals a 15.5% average turnover rate among the respondents. Information services budgets increased by 3.5% in 1994 over those of the previous years with banking and financial services allocating 6% of their revenue to the department. As regards reengineering projects, 88% of the CIOs registered satisfaction with their corporate projects which they expect to increase within two years.
