Abstract

Researchers from Germany's University of Kiel have created a nasal spray which contains interleukin-6 that improves the brain's information-holding ability during REM sleep. Meanwhile, researchers at the University of California, Berkeley stated that they have found an essential biochemical pathway linked to the aging of human muscles, potentially facilitating muscle-rejuvenation treatments.
