Maternal ratings of attention problems in ADHD: evidence for the existence of a continuum

Abstract: A sample of Dutch boys aged 7, 10 and 12 is examined to determine the differences and subtypes of attention problems in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Findings show mild, moderate and severe attention problem subtypes and their interpretations with regard to nervous behavior, hyperactivity/impulsivity, and inattentiveness/dreaminess.
