Abstract
- A study aimed at identifying the information needs of marketers with Web sites for consumer analysis indicated that the instantly available information in Web logfiles meets an important part of the behavior segmentation information needs of marketers. However, derived information is still needed to satisfy some ofthe demographic, psychographic and benefit segmentation information needs.
