Electronic 'chattel paper' under revised Article 9.

In March of 1997, the authors of this article presented a paper to the Drafting Committee of Revised Article 9 which addressed the lack of changes from current Article 9 in governing electronic chattel paper, and demonstrated the need for such changes. They incorporate that paper into this article, and review the changes made by the Drafting Committee to the final proposed draft of Revised Article 9, which accommodate the use of electronic chattel paper. As of this writing, Revised Article 9 has been approved, with minor changes, by the American Law Institute (ALI).
