Abstract: Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. is under contract to buy the 225-unit apartment building called Metropole Apartments. 21c Museum Hotel is said to be the lead candidate for the space. Advocates of some residents of the low-income rental complex say may do not want to leave and that forcing them to leave will make some homeless.
