Abstract
- An analysis of UK firm survey data on customer-supplier relation improvements reveals that there is a danger of classifying all performance improvement initiatives under one category. The study also shows that customers need to categorize suppliers according to performance capabilities and that both parties may reap benefits that are either long term, short-term or both.
