Abstract
- A magnetic imaging technique has been developed using a magnetoresistive spin valve in a dc bias mode as the sensing element. A submicron spatial resolution map of the normal component of the magnetic field is obtained in the temperature range 4.2-300 K. The technique has been applied to image the magnetic domain structure in patterned thin films of La(sub0.67)Sr(sub0.33)MnO(sub3).
