Abstract
- The article studies the electrical and thermal modeling and performance analysis for various carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) based interconnects. Findings reveal that single-walled, double-walled, and multiwalled CNTs could present better performance than Cu.
