Abstract
- Analysis of nonmarket valuation of environmental policy change social impacts reveals that there is a need to accomodate multi-dimensionality in nonmarket research into controversial policies. The study takes into account grazing reform in New Mexico because of the complexity of the public debate and studies whether nonmarket values maintain the status quo land use and avoid the social impacts of environmental policy change.
