Abstract: A study was conducted to examine the high-affinity interaction of Peptide deformylase (EcPDF) with actinonin using [super 15]N NMR spectroscopy and isothermal titration calorimetry. Findings revealed that studies develop our understanding of the thermodynamic global minimum and have important implications for structure-based drug design.
