Abstract
- Extensive measurements and circuit modeling are used for describing high-frequency electrical conduction in carbon nanofibers by a frequency-independent capacitance in parallel with a frequency-independent resistance. The resistance is determined and the capacitance [C.sub.F] is obtained as a free parameter.
