Abstract
- The Irish cuisine has undergone changes since the country joined the European Union. From the typical cuisine which consists of corned beef, cabbage, and smoked salmon, an ordinary Irish meal will now include carpaccio of smoked chicken with roast figs, goat cheese and roast guinea.
