Abstract
- A qualitative product feature optimization (q-PFO) approach involves the use of structured interview procedure developed in 1999 regarding feature identification in purchasing high-tech products, such as digital cameras. A q-PFO study of first-time digital camera buyers and advantages of the q-PFO method over adaptive conjoint analysis are discussed.
