Abstract

Human resource expert Egbert Van Delden believes that an effort by personnel administrators to think more creatively would significantly improve the performance of their sectors. The increasingly hectic schedules of everyday life have prevented managers from thinking critically and preventing problems instead of trying to solve them once they occur.
