MOWS: distributed Web and cache server in Java

A distributed server functionality was effected with the development of the MOWS distributed Web and cache server. MOWS is a Java-based server that employs a set of modules that implement various server functions. The advantage of MOWS is that new features could be added by extending one of the existing modules, since its design basically follows the Roxen server. The MOWS server can be used to a limited extent as a cache server for networks with few users.
