Abstract

Magnetotransport of [Fe.sub.3][O.sub.4]-hexabromobenzene ([C.sub.6][Br.sub.6]) composite is analyzed. The enhancement of the magnetoresistance (MR) ratio is attributed to the fact that the [C.sub.6][Br.sub.6] has acted as barrier material and can prevent the oxidation of the surface of [Fe.sub.3][O.sub.4], which has altered the half-metallic state at the surface.
