The roles of personality and general ethics judgments in intention not to repay credit card expenses

A model for linking personality traits, general ethical judgments regarding credit card use and behavioral intention not to pay credit card expenses in Taiwan is proposed. External locus of control is seen to predict intention to not repay credit card expenses. Relationship marketing strategies are seen to aid in mitigating cardholders' intention to passively not repay.
