Abstract

The Isle of Wight Healthcare National Health Service (NHS) trust was able to develop and implement an innovative change program to promote a culture of zero tolerance to harassment and bullying. Reports show that bullying is a persistent problem for the NHS. Information about the trust's performance management system is also presented.
