Conditional information: when are pork belly cold storage reports informative?

The pork belly Cold Storage Reports (CSR) has seasonal impacts since agricultural commodities have highly seasonal production and consumption. There is a negative impact, for instance, in the months of April to June, with the coefficient of May higher than the coefficient of CSR's major variable. Seasonal impact for the months of February, March, August and December is found to be absent while the market cycle is not statistically significant. This finding shows consistency with the cold storage cycle for frozen pork bellies.
