Abstract: Parallel microscale experimentation is used for developing general conditions for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of diversely functionalized primary alkyltrifluoroborates with a variety of aryl chlorides. The conditions obtained are amenable to coupling with aryl bromides, iodides and triflates.
