Abstract

Binding studies with 'head-to-tail' cyclized peptide analogs were performed to investigate the importance of peptide conformation on the overall binding of MN12H2 to conformationally restricted epitope sequences. Results indicated a strong correlation between the binding of MN12H2 to cyclic peptides and the capability of these peptides to elicit bactericidal antibodies.
